Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We only accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be dispatched. (Some larger/heavy items may require a deposit). Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to be shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

All orders are dispached by either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS. Every delivery will require a signature.

Economy Delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses excluding some Scottish Highland regions.
Some oversized or heavy items will carry a surcharge and will not qualify for economy delivery.

Delivery Schedule

As soon as we have your chosen items in stock, we will process your payment and deliver your order right away.

If you have selected 'Priority Delivery' your order will be placed ahead of customers selecting Economy delivery.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. As most items are ordered in from the USA, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for our next shipment.

Tax Charges

All orders include Tax where applicable.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

All of our parts are guaranteed to satisfy if used as originally intended. All parts are guaranteed for 90 days to be free of manufacturing defects.

If an item has been found to be faulty due to being incorrectly fitted, the item will not be refunded. In any and all cases our liability shall not exceed the cost of the part purchased.

Privacy Policy

O'Neill Group do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition and in original, undamaged packaging.

Returned items will not be accepted, if they are received by us in imperfect condition (including smoking aroma) and not in their original packaging.

Faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. We will then issue a returns reference and arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate to that particular item.

The customer has 7 days to return any unwanted item at their own expense.
Please note that Special, made to order items, e.g. Artist Bears, Steiff Studio Animals etc. are non returnable.

In the unusual event of an item being returned, the customer will be refunded, less our postage and packing costs. If our postage and packaging costs exceeded the postage paid by the customer, we will deduct the difference from the refund.

Obviously, some pieces cannot be exchanged with an identical product due to the low production numbers on many items. Common sense will prevail in any instance of this nature.

All prices include vat were applicable. All orders must be paid for in full before any orders are dispatched.
